Club Meeting Recording Permission:
Dear parents,
We are living in unfamiliar times. Our lives and how we do ministry with kids has changed.
It is clear that Clubs are having a variety of reactions. Some are struggling. Others have quit (or plan to). Still others have re-invented what and how they do Club ministry and are thriving. We are one of the privileged clubs that have decided to take our ministry online.
The conferencing is requesting us to record our club meetings so that they can be sent to the conference and be used by other clubs that have been stuck and avoided going online, or just felt overwhelmed with all that has happened, this may be a way to help them.
This applies to both Pathfinders and Adventurers
We are writing to request permission to video your child during our club meetings and share this video with other clubs as a form of training and at times it might be use as tool for teaching by other clubs.
The video will be of your child participating both in recreational activities as well as class engagement answering questions, etc. It may also be used on our club website and on the conference sites as well.
